What is it?

From 1998 to 2011 the CBUC had the E-TOC database that included the tables of contents from most of the journals subscribed by any of the University Union Catalogue of Catalonia ( CCUC) participant institutions in order to receive by e-mail the alert of new issues published. This database was nurtured by the E-TOCs supplied by participant institutions, provided by the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, by Dialnet and by a commercial company.

In 2011 we began to participate in the database Dialnet and we left our own E-TOC database. Dialnet (Difusión de Alertas en la Red) is a platform of resources and documental services with the main purpose of increase the visibility and access to Hispanic scientific production over the Internet. To obtain more information, please contact directly the web of Dialnet.

At present, these are the participant institutions in Dialnet through CBUC:
Universitat de Barcelona (UB)
Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB)
Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC)
Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF)
Universitat de Girona (UdG)
Universitat de Lleida (UdL)
Universitat Rovira i Virgili (URV)
Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC)
Biblioteca de Catalunya (BC)
Universitat Jaume I (UJI)
